Dyeing Division

Our production facility houses advanced machines for soft-flow dyeing with the capacity to dye 13000 kgs of knitted fabrics per day in addition to Mersan Squiser Tubular Padder, Tung Yang Tubular Relax Dryer, with the capacity to dry 7000 kgs of dyed fabrics per day, Corrino Slit Opener, 8 Chamber Bruckner Stenter and Sintec Compacting machines.

Our efficient quality control team executes rigid quality control measures at each step of the production process. At Micro Colour Makers, we ensure continual improvements to our systems and processes to optimize operations and enhance product quality. Our quality personnel conduct multiple tests and compare them with the customer-approved samples to ensure the colour accuracy of the dyed samples before commencing the dyeing process. Our dyeing process meets all regulatory requirements and is compliant with Oeko-Tex, GOTS, OCS, MRSL and 100% Zero Liquid Discharge Unit.

Sampling

Sampling is a crucial process in textile dyeing, wherein fabric swatches are tested with multiple dye formulations, enabling us to fine-tune the pigment blend before commencing full-scale production. Micro Colour Makers is equipped with dedicated sample dye machines for pre-production sampling.

Dye Laboratory

Our dye laboratory at Micro Colour Makers is equipped with the latest sample dyeing machines and Xrite Spectro-Photo Meter to ensure colour accuracy. We house Colour Imatch (USA) and Taiwan make Lab Auto Dispenser Copower Technology to ensure accuracy in matching and dispensing dye colours to consistently achieve the desired colour as per customer specification.

Effluent Treatment Plant

Micro Colour Makers ensures zero liquid discharge with a fully functional Common Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) in compliance with Zero Discharge of Hazardous Chemicals (ZDHC) and our commitment to safeguarding the environment. The textile manufacturing process ejects huge volumes of wastewater with harmful chemicals and can cause harm when released directly into the environment. Our ETPs efficiently remove toxins from the textile wastewater, improving water quality as per regulations before being reused or discharged into the environment thereby minimizing environmental hazards.
